Welcome To The Troop!

We’re glad to have you join us! We welcome you to the troop and look forward to helping you as you continue through your Scouting career.

This welcome is not just to the Scouts, but to their families as well! Those who have been involved with the BSA in the past know that the success of the unit is closely related to the efforts of the Scouts AND their families. The same applies to a troop. As you read on, you’ll learn about how Scouts BSA is youth-led. That said, we still rely on our Scouters (the adult leaders) and our Scouting families to help make the unit a success.

So, we encourage the Scouts and their families to read the information in the New Scouts section of our site. As you do, please consider ways in which you can help our troop…continuing a tradition that started many years ago!
